Shipping Policy

Order Processing

 

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Coverage & Delivery Times

 

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are fulfilled from U.S. warehouses through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, so most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping. Delivery to remote areas, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer.

 

Shipping Rates

 

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

Tracking

 

A tracking number is provided for every order. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Packages

 

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days so we can help. For packages lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.

 

Incorrect Address

 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once shipped, and we cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to the carrier as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
