("Meiyante," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our website https://meiyante.com/ (the "Site") and related services, including our use of Shopify to operate our online store and our use of Amazon services, including Login with Amazon and the Amazon Ads API, to manage our own advertising accounts.

- Meiyante operates this Site to sell products to customers and to manage our business operations, including advertising on Amazon. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site, through our Shopify-powered store, and through our use of Amazon Ads API and Login with Amazon for our own Amazon advertising accounts. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and order details when you make a purchase or contact us. We may also automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and browsing behavior on the Site. Where applicable, we may also process business-level advertising data obtained through Amazon Ads API, as described in Section 5 and Section 6 below.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to process and fulfill orders, communicate with customers, provide customer support, operate and improve the Site, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and, where applicable, analyze and optimize our own Amazon advertising campaigns.
4. Shopify and Ecommerce Services
Our Site is hosted on the Shopify platform, which enables us to sell products and services to you. Shopify collects and processes certain information as part of providing the Site's ecommerce infrastructure, including checkout, payment processing, and order management. Shopify's own handling of information is described in Shopify's Privacy Policy. We do not control and are not responsible for Shopify's independent processing of data as a platform provider.
5. Amazon Services and Amazon Ads API
Meiyante Co., Ltd. may use Amazon services, including Login with Amazon and the Amazon Ads API, to access and analyze advertising performance data associated with Amazon advertising accounts owned or authorized by Meiyante.
The information processed may include campaign, ad group, keyword, search term, targeting, impression, click, advertising spend, attributed order, attributed sales, conversion, placement, and advertised product performance data.
This information is used solely for internal reporting, advertising analysis, campaign optimization, inventory planning, and business decision-making. Meiyante does not sell Amazon advertising data to third parties.
Meiyante does not use the Amazon Ads API to access customer passwords or complete payment card information.
6. Login with Amazon OAuth Authorization
Access to Amazon advertising data is authorized through Amazon's Login with Amazon (LwA) OAuth process. OAuth authorization is granted by the authorized owner of the relevant Amazon account. Access tokens, refresh tokens, client credentials, and related application secrets obtained through this process are stored using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, and are used only to retrieve advertising data on behalf of Meiyante's own authorized Amazon accounts. Users may revoke authorized access at any time through their Amazon account settings or by contacting Meiyante using the contact information in Section 18.
7. Advertising Performance Data
Data obtained through the Amazon Ads API is used exclusively for internal advertising analysis, reporting, campaign optimization, and operational decision-making related to Meiyante's own Amazon advertising accounts. This data is not combined with individual customer profiles on our Site in a way that identifies individual Amazon shoppers, and is not sold or licensed to third parties.
8. Cookies and Analytics
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and analyze traffic and usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some Site functionality.
9. Service Providers
We may share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, order fulfillment, hosting, analytics, and customer support. These providers are only permitted to use the information as necessary to provide services to us and are not authorized to use it for their own independent purposes.

Meiyante does not sell personal information or Amazon advertising data to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 18. Where Shopify's regional privacy features are enabled for the Site, you may also have additional rights described within the Site's cookie or privacy preference tools, to the extent applicable to you.
15. International Data Processing
Meiyante is based in Taiwan, and information we collect may be processed and stored in Taiwan or other countries where our service providers, including Shopify, operate. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own.
16. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
